About the position:

Responsibilities
- Drive the lead generation
- Explore different sales opportunities within the Brazilian HR community
- Consistently achieve monthly quota of qualified leads
- Develop our cold-mailing strategies with maximum attention to details that may impact the interest of knowing our product
- Perform the initial contact, by phone and email, with our potential customers, who arrive through Marketing or through our active prospecting tools
- Update all information in our CRM and perform constant follow-up of customers
- Communicate quickly and effectively;
- Be ready for other challenges!
Qualifications:
- This position doesn't require fluency in English but you need to be able to understand English on the intermediate level;
- 1+ years of experience working as an SDR/BDR in Brazil, preferably selling products intended for HR (but not a must)
- The ability to proactively engage new clients through email, phone and LinkedIn
- Excellent listening and communication skills (written, on the phone, and in-person) and are comfortable speaking to anyone
